I used to like this location, and have always bought my tires from them but after today I wouldnt give them my coins ever. Try getting new employees who know how to treat people, and not all about the dollar. What Poor customer service at it finest Its buy a new tire no matter what your tires look like. I think they be trying to get over on people. The manger there now has a dont give a damn attitude when last year I bought my tires he was actually helpful, but his crew on the other hand needs a lesson. He did apologize when I called to complain thats why Im leaving my review. Always about the dollar and less about the customer. Be aware

Bought a brand new tire last week. Noticed the original lugnut on my wheel was replaced with another one. My tire was wobbling so I tried to get the spare on. Broke all the lugnuts loose 3 were super tight and 2 were decently looser than the others. the one next to the random one they threw on snaps in half now I need new rotors... just payed for an alignment 3 days later from the same shop bc I didn't realize what was going on. What the hell man ive never had a problem with that wheel or changing a tire in my life. This is bullshit

Had a great experience here. Charles, Gavin, and Bray were all very helpful, professional, and easy to work with. They took great care of me, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. You can tell they care about customer service and making sure customers are taken care of the right way. I really appreciate all of their help and would definitely recommend them to others.

I have to share my experience this week with the #3 Gerald's on Rivers avenue and Remount road. From a friend's recommendation, I went to Discount Tire on Ashley Phosphate road to get a patch or plug for a slow leak in my tire. The salesman met me in the parking lot with a tablet and had me spending over $500 on my truck for I don't know what! I am a Senior , so I kinda felt that he was taking advantage of me. I got my keys and headed straight to Gerald's on Rivers ave. I have been there many times and was beating myself up for going somewhere else. They were busy, but Brae met me in the parking lot and calmed me down and said they would take care of me. These young men were working together as a Team and hustling to make everyone feel comfortable. I was surprised on how quickly they got everyone in and out. Brae called me over and said all I needed was a plug for the tire and since I was in their system as a long time customer, there was No Charge. What! I felt so guilty. So, again, Gerald's Tire has come through again for me. I recommend Brea and his Team to everyone and I hope that Gerald's management understands how valuable Brea and his team is. Maybe, do a old fashion commerc

Fast, efficient, easy. Drove in and out within about 20 mins today to get a Tyre fitted and balanced to a new rim. All staff I spoke to were friendly and polite. Thank you!
